April – Visited the VA, donated jewelry, cosmetics, various toiletries, etc. plus $100 gift cards .
April 28-30 – State Convention:
St. Bonaventure Columbiettes was assigned the duty of obtaining and decorating the arch for the entry of all participants at the hotel for our convention.
Marsha was lead on this project and dedicated much time and effort in resulting as the biggest hit of all at Convention as it was used for the entry way with red carpet and also for the photo center for all major events which took place all under this gorgeous archway.
- We were honored with the attendance of Josephine DeCarlo 105 yrs. young, founder of Florida Columbiettes approx. 43 years ago who continues to give us direction, inspiration and motivation through her dedication to the Columbiettes.
-May Memorial Service and Crowning of the Blesed Mother
-Installation of New Officers and Mass held by Father Hoyer
-Columbiettes fundraisers for Charities raised over $200,000
Sunday, May 7th – Bill Braun Memorial Columbiettes will be leading the Rosary
Thursday, May 11 – Board Meeting
Sunday, May 14th Pancake Breakfast and Mother’s Day Raffle basket donated by Columbiettes
Sat., June 3rd Chapter Meeting at St. Malachy
